Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

If you've ordered the wrong item — wrong model, wrong configuration, wrong quantity, or a duplicate order — we'll help you sort it out. This policy covers returns due to customer error. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or was mis-shipped by us, please see our Warranty Policy instead.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Have an RMA number issued by Nutkase before you ship it back
  • Be unused, in its original, unopened or resealable packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and materials included
  • Be in fully resalable condition — no damage, markings, or missing parts
  • Be returned within 30 days of the invoice date (unless a different timeframe is noted on your order confirmation)

Nutkase may deny an RMA or reduce the credit issued if a returned item doesn't meet these conditions upon inspection.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund or credit.

Return Shipping

You're responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s) to us; these are not reimbursed. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method — Nutkase isn't responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

How to Request an RMA

  1. Email orders@mynutkase.com with your order number, the item(s) and quantity, and the reason for return.
  2. If approved, we'll send you an RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided, at your own expense.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or credit (less the 10% restocking fee) within our standard processing time.

What's Not Eligible

  • Items not in original, resalable packaging or condition
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Returns without a valid RMA number
  • Defective or damaged items (see our Warranty Policy)
  • Logo or custom-branded cases — these are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
