NutKase is committed to the quality of its products and is here to help if something isn't right. To submit a warranty claim, please complete the form below, and our team will guide you through the process.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to normal wear and tear. NutKase warrants that its cases will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover scuffs, fraying, fading, or other cosmetic effects of ordinary use, nor does it cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Should a qualifying defect arise within the warranty period, NutKase will replace the affected product at no cost to the customer. Replacement times may vary based on availability, and customized logos and colors cannot be guaranteed on replacement products. NutKase is not responsible for any damage to the customer's device.
