Shipping and Returns

Our Order Processing

NutKase will process your order once the payment has been received and/or credit card authorization has been received "Authorized Orders".

Business days are Monday through Friday; excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Order processing and shipping will not take place on the following holidays listed below:

  • New Year's Day (January 1st)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

For all Authorized Orders received before 15:00 CET, we will try but cannot guarantee to ship your order the same day.If not the same day, within 24 hours.


Confirmation & Order Status

We will send you an email confirmation when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online (once tracking is available). If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your order, please email info@mynutkase.com and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Shipping Options:

NutKase offers the following shipping options:

EU:

Flat €10.00 shipping charge for each item.

FedEx or UPS will be used.

The estimated delivery time is next day for shipments to most european capital cities and 2-3 business days for all other locations.

Please be sure to include your phone number as this is requested by the couriers.

International:

Flat €20.00 shipping charge for each item.

FedEx or UPS will be used

The estimated delivery time is between 2-3 business days.

Please be sure to include your phone number as this is requested by couriers.


To be aware of:

Items may be subject to customary import fees (including duties, VATs, tariffs, and brokerage fees) imposed by the country into which the product is being imported. NutKase is not responsible for any customary import fees incurred by the importation of products. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible for paying these fees to the carrier at the time of delivery.

In the event the customer declines to pay the customary fees, and the package is returned to NutKase without cost, NutKase will issue a refund for the price of the product to the customer's credit card or PayPal account upon receipt. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Law requires NutKase to declare the full value (purchase price) and purpose (commercial) of products on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid, and cannot designate it as a gift or sample. Thank you for your understanding.


Refunds & Returns

If you are not happy with the product and it was purchased from the NutKase website, we offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped to NutKase prepaid.
